Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected by our warehouse.
  • Refunds are issued through InstaPay or Vodafone Cash.
  • Refunds may take 7–14 days after the returned order is received at our warehouse.
  • Applicable return or exchange fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
