Delivery Times

We carefully prepare every order before handing it to our delivery partners. Estimated delivery times are:

• Cairo, Giza & New Cities: 24–48 hours
• Alexandria, Delta & Canal Cities: 24–72 hours
• Upper Egypt: 24–96 hours
• Sinai, Matrouh, Oases & Marsa Alam: 48–120 hours
• Remote areas, villages & outskirts of Cairo/Giza: An additional 1–2 days may be required.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery location and courier conditions.

Return & Exchange Period

• Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order.
• Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Product Condition

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be:

• Unworn and unused.
• In its original condition.
• With all original tags attached.
• In the original packaging and case.
• Clean and free from any signs of use.

Any item that has been worn, used, damaged, or returned without its original tags or packaging will not be accepted.

For delivery orders, opening or trying on the product before the courier leaves is not allowed.

Please make sure to inspect the package externally upon delivery and contact us if you notice any visible damage to the package.
