Exchange or Return Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
Items must be in original condition, including: Original case, tags, and packaging Unworn, unused, and clean.
You will receive your refund via Instapay or Vodafone Cash within 7-14 days after the returned order is received back at our warehouse.
Refund fees apply and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Items that are worn, missing tags, or not in original packaging will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
